CHAPTER7
CHAPTER VII
Chapter 7 is concerned with improving educational practices and outcomes. Action research involves inquiry aimed at addressing specific problems or challenges and making decisions to enact positive change. Assessment provides feedback on student learning and performance, while evaluation assesses the effectiveness of educational programs. All of which share the goal of identifying areas for improvement.
By employing effective assessment and evaluation strategies, educators can support student success and enhance the quality of education for all learners.
As future teachers, we can assess and evaluate our student's strengths and weaknesses to improve student learning outcomes. This will improve their educational environment.
Future teachers can learn about the process of action research outlined in Chapter 7 to address specific challenges or areas for improvement within their classrooms. They can conduct research projects to investigate learning issues, implement evidence-based interventions, and assess the impact of our instructional strategies on our students.
